Exciting News! METHOD MMA is hosting an impromptu class with the one and only Jozef Chen, an AL LEONE sponsored athlete and the 2023 ADCC European Trials Winner!
Jozef Chen will be leading 4 classes focusing on different BJJ techniques and sharing his logic behind these moves. The session will be held at METHOD MMA Jing‘An and Pudong, Shanghai, on October 9th – 12th.
